For sure, it’s easy to get caught up in discussing the challenges we face - dwelling on roadblocks, analyzing the downsides, and rehashing what's not working.

Admiring problems looks like:

  • Constantly revisiting the same issues without acting
  • Spending endless hours analyzing the situation instead of proposing next steps
  • Allowing complexity to overwhelm innovation and creativity

What if you redirected that energy into:

  • Framing challenges in ways that inspire creative thinking
  • Exploring small, actionable steps that move the team forward
  • Overtly empowering individuals to take ownership of solutions

If you’re ‘too busy’ admiring problems, don’t be surprised when nothing changes. Enable vision beyond the problems so that teams focus on action.
