You're THE One - Just Lead
One of our coaching clients said recently, “I’ve figured out that I’m the one I’ve been waiting for.”
As a coach - you can’t get more ‘extreme ownership’ than that.
The context was quite simple - in the presence of something that needs to be resolved, simply lead others to the path of resolution.
This notion of ‘just lead’ has been the prevailing theme of the body of work Pachydermos has completed in 2024.
Be that person, provoke that thought, take that step.
Just lead.
